Details of the Villa

.Casa Anita is in a lovely rural area, and has beautiful views over the countryside towards the Montgo mountain. It is within easy reach of Javea's three main areas, the Arenal (beach and restaurants), Old town (shopping and historic bulidings), and the port (fish and ships) The main outside area has just been re-tiled, so the 10 x 5m pool has plenty of sunbathing areas, together with several shady places for when the sun is too hot. We have also added a new terrace at the end of the Naya, with a door into the main bedroom. Perfect for jumping out of bed and rushing to the pool ! Or just take coffee on the table and chairs in the morning sun. The Naya itself is fully glazed, with sliding doors, so you can enjoy being outside even if the evenings turn cool or windy. Perfect for breakfast as the sun rises over the hills opposite. When it is hot, slide back the doors to make it completely open. Kitchen and Dining area. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer and a full set of cookware and utensils. There is also and iron and ironing board. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished with new sofas and an armchair, dining table & chairs, and dresser. It is fitted with a Smart TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio music centre, and a fair selection of DVDs and CDs is provided. The Smart TV can connect to the internet via the WiFi (you may need a teenager to operate it), and the SKY box has a good selection of UK channels including all BBC and ITV, channel 4 and channel 5. If you want to improve your Spanish, there is also Spanish Freeview, with some channels (e.g. Disney) having English as an option. Plenty to keep you occupied if you are fed up with sun and Sangria! Bedrooms & bathrooms. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two singles. All have large fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage space (and loads of hangers) The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom, and a glazed door to the terrace outside. A second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms, and there is a separate shower room with washbasin and WC. The main bedroom has a safe to keep your valuables. A hairdryer is provided, as are several portable fans and set of bathroom scales to check your baggage weight (and your diet?) Other facilities WiFi The villa is fitted with WiFi that covers virtually the whole property inside and out (depending on your device). Speed is about 5 Mb/s download and 1 Mb/s upload. Data allowance is unlimited, subject to a "fair use" policy. There is a wireless multi-function printer which can print, scan and copy documents too. Welcome pack A free Welcome food pack is provided, with essentials to get you started. An excellent MasyMas supermarket is about 5 km away at Benitachell. Pool towels 6 pool towels are provided for your use. BBQ A fixed traditional charcoal Spanish style BBQ is in the garden Parking and security The whole property is fenced, with lockable gates and off road parking for up to 4 cars. Note that the pool is NOT fenced, so visitors with children MUST ensure they are supervised at all times.
