Club Patara is a 24/7 gated & exclusive development, internationally famous for its architectural style, based on an ancient Lycian city. The development is an oasis of calm and tranquillity. Free from traffic & noise, the private cobbled streets wind their way from the top of the development to the turquoise sea at the bottom, (blue flag). A sweeping, Spanish staircase is the centrepiece of this stunning development. A free shuttle bus runs throughout the development, up to early evening and a boat service (small charge) takes you over to Kalkan each day, and is a lovely way to travel!
This large villa has some excellent outside space, encorporating a sunny, fully furnished front terrace with amazing sea and harbour views. There is a spacious and stylish balcony off the first living room, again with glorious sea views. At the rear of the property and an extension of the second living room is a lovely shaded, traditional Ottoman seating area and a small garden, complete with sun loungers and partial sea views, a great space to escape the heat of mid-day.

Kalkan is renowned for its high quality, reasonably priced restaurants and friendly people. The heart of Kalkan is its old town, incorporating a maze of quaint cobbled streets which meander their way down to the picturesque harbour. Old Ottoman and Greek houses, with ornate wooded balconies and trailing bougainvillea only add to the charm of the lovely village atmosphere. You will find small boutiques, intimate bars and roof top restaurants all mingling together, which at nigh time, set the scene for a truly memorable evening.
The villa is close to local amenities. A small supermarket is located at the top of the development for your convenience. Kalkan is a short 2 minute drive from the villa, or a pleasant stroll. A popular way to travel is to use the resorts private water taxi (small local charge) which runs to Kalkan harbour and back throughout the day & early evening

Rental Conditions
A deposit of 25% is required when booking (non refundable), with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Prices are for up to 4 persons sharing
A deposit for breakages of £100 will also be required prior to departure. (refundable up to two weeks after return if no damage has occurred). Once deposit paid you will receive a comprehensive Information Pack
Changeover Day - Monday in high season but flexible at other times. Please vacate the villa by midday on your day of departure. Earliest arrival would be 4pm if the apartment has been occupied prior to your arrival
A welcome pack included, all linen and towels (not beach) are supplied. Maid service includes mid week towel/linen change for a two week stay. A daily maid service etc can be requested at an extra cost, as can a more substancial welcome pack if require
Due to the nature of this development it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties or children under the age of 8 years
