3 bedroom Villa Pomelo is situated in a premium and quiet location, 300 meters from the sea, offering easy access to tourist attractions, amenities and beach. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance from the villa. As you walk in, there is a large living area with two set of doors leading out to the swimming pool, kitchen on the left and a guest toilet. Upstairs you will find master bedroom with in-suite bathroom, another two rooms and separate bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned with build in wardrobes. Villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. This beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa is situated just 300 meters from the sandy Malama beach and in walking distance to various other beaches. All amenities, bars restaurants are on walking distance. It has a spacious open plan lounge with satellite TV and dining area with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The kitchen is large and open plan fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Two of bedrooms are with double beds, inbuilt wardrobe space, and balcony. The other bedroom is with comfortable twin beds and also plenty of wardrobe space. The Villa has its own private swimming pool (8m x 4m / skimmer), nice garden with outdoor shower and barbecue area .The garden and swimming pool area come complete with sun loungers and a garden table and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced for privacy. Linen and Bath towels provided. Free swimming pool maintenance throughout your stay (twice a week). Additional services are available on request. This 3 bedroom villa is located in Kapparis at Malama area, one of the most attractive coastal resorts of Cyprus. A couple of minutes’ walk you will find bars, excellent taverns and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, kiosks and car hire rental offices. The villa ideally situated and equipped offers pure relaxation and family-orientated holiday on one of the most attractive Cyprus beaches with Boat trips, Scuba diving, Fishing, swimming , diving, and other activities like cycling , rock climbing, hiking, picnicking, horse-riding. The scenery and views in this area are some of the best on the island. NOTE: 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. An allowance of 100 kW of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit.
