Villa is situated in a premium and quiet location, 200 meters from the sea, offering easy access to tourist attractions, amenities and beach. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance from the villa. As you walk in, there is a large living area with two set of doors leading out to the swimming pool. Upstairs you will find master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another two rooms and separate bathroom with shower. Villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone. Situated just 200 meters from the sandy Malama beach. Spacious open plan lounge with TV, DVD player and dining area with a dining table that comfortably seats six guests. The kitchen is large and open plan with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. All three bedrooms are upstairs. Two with double beds and inbuilt wardrobe space, and balcony. The other bedroom is with comfortable twin beds and also plenty of wardrobe space. The Villa has its own private swimming pool (8m x 4m / skimmer), nice garden with outdoor shower and barbecue area .The garden and swimming pool area come complete with sun loungers and a garden table and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced for privacy. Linen and Bath towels provided. Free swimming pool maintenance throughout your stay (twice a week).
