It has its own pool, a beautiful garden (500sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipted kitchen, a large barbecue area and lots of seating that can be placed exactly where you want it. Three double/twin rooms and a sofa bed at the living room can accommodate upto Seven guests. There is satellite LCD and stereo radio in the lounge. Within 200 metres, there’s a beach and restaurants. The apartment has everything you will need: There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people (7 with an extra bed.) There's a good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue - and adequate equipment. And every bedroom has airconditioning. Help is at hand! The owners live ground floor and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment. Villa Dundar is located at the big pebble beach area. Which is the biggest beach of Kas. There are 5 restaurants at the beach which gives free sunbed & umbrella if you eat or drink from their place.
