There is something to suit everyone in La Manga. If you like to relax on the balcony with a cool drink and a book, the apartment has table and chairs with a parasol to shade you if it gets too warm. If watersports are more your thing then you will be kept busy with the windsurfing, kite surfing, diving, jet ski/jet bike available at the many beaches on the strip. Those who prefer dry land will be delighted with the bike hire, quad bike hire and many walks available. Children will be kept busy at the beach, enjoying the safe warm water of the Mar Menor or bounding through the surf in the Med (during high season many of the beaches have inflatable fun equipment set up in the water), a day at the pool, a visit to Terra Natura/Aqua Natura in nearby Murcia or Aquapolis at Torreveija a short drive away.

Rental Conditions
Our prices *include* all linen, towels (except beach towels), electricity, water and the end of stay clean. A 100 euro per week deposit is required to reserve the apartment with the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday. Payments can be made by bank transfer to a Spanish bank account, credit/debit card payment (this has to be done over the telephone so available to English speakers only), Paypal or euro cheque. The breakage deposit is take by our agents, this will be either in the form of a credit card swipe that will remain unprocessed except in the unlikely event of any damage to the property or cash which will be returned to you in the form of a cheque after the apartment has been checked over.
