"The living areas in this luxurious holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining seating for ten guests there is also a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of three ground-floor double, and two doubles serviced by a ground-floor bathroom, ground-floor shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is a large terrace with external kitchen with sink, fridge, dishwasher and barbecue, garden furniture, hot tub and seven acres of lawn, there is also off-road parking for four cars. Within 3.8 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.1 miles a beach. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Escape to the coast at Wild Acres."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
