The villa is located in an ideal location for a very spacious and well equipped house for holidays with family or a group of friends, with well maintained private garden, swimming pool and very close to one of the best beaches in Marbella. There are seven bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king bed of 1.80mand en suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has three single beds and en suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has two single beds and en suite bathroom, bedroom 4has a double bed of 1.50 and en suite bathroom, bedroom 5 has a double bed of 1.35, and bedroom 6 and 7 have two single beds in each. There are two family bathrooms also, as well as a toilet near the hallway. The house has three living rooms and another room with sofa single bed. In the main living room is open plan and incorporates the dining area dinning room. There are three sofas with TV and dvd player, satellite tv with international channels. The fully fitted modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob/stove, iron, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine. The garden is well maintained and there is a big pine tree which provides beautiful natural shade in the summer months, the private pool (7 x 4m) in the deep part the adults can be touch the bottom, so is not very deep but good for the children, there are also sunbeds, and outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.
