Las Terrazas comprises an 18 hole, desert style, Nicklaus Design golf course with front line apartments around the edges. In the middle of the resort there is a town centre where the restaurants and main bar have just opened. There is a supermarket and all the regular Polaris World services and facilities will be centered around a “horseshoe shape lake. On the island in the centre of the lake there will be additional apartments with great views all around the resort and golf course. Apartments have views of communal pools and of the golf course. Until the resort is fully operational, residents can make use of all facilities already available over on La Torre, a couple of minutes in the car or an easy bike ride away.

Payment details: 50% (200 euros) at booking time and 50% (other 200 euros), 3 days before the stay.
Linen and Cleanning included
A rental deposit of 100 euros must be paid to the key holder and will be refunded on satisfactory inspection/inventory of the apartment after guests depart.
We use to rent the penthouse for a week, but if you want to stay less days, please enquire us.
