Nestling in the charming village of Saint Pierre Toirac, between FIGEAC and CAJARC, our beautifully restored 16th Century Cottage sleeps 2/5 in great comfort. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with antiques, and has ample storage space.
The first double bedroom has a balcony and also an en-suite wash basin & W.C. The second bedroom is a single / twin bedded attic room. An extra double bedroom, opening onto the terrace on the ground floor, is available during the summer high season months.
The BATHROOM has a modern spa shower and wash basin. There is an additional separate W.C. Linen and towels are supplied. There are heaters in every room for winter lets.
The spacious LIVING & DINING ROOM, with its inglenook fireplace has comfortable seating and antique furniture. A television and DVD player are provided.
The KITCHEN is extremely well-equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and other useful appliances. The UTILITY ROOM has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & board. There is also a large cave/wine cellar useful for storing.
The SOUTH FACING TERRACE sheltered is surrounded by fragrant plants and trees. A BARBECUE and deckchairs are provided under the Pergola.
