This typical Tuscan house with pool from the early 20th century was built on top of an 18th century building and situated a short distance from the road (50 m) that leads from Lucca (4 km) to the beaches of Versilia (23 km). Enjoy the view of the countryside! The fenced-in property includes an Italian-style garden, an English lawn with tall trees and three gazebos with jasmine and woodbine and another area covered by an awning for outdoor dining, an irregular-shaped swimming pool (depth 1,20 m). Behind the property and separated by a tall hedge is a carpentry.
