Guests have a private terrace and garden area, where you can sunbathe among olive trees and enjoy the sunset over the lake. In the nearby San Feliciano it is possible to enjoy nice promenades along the banks, eat fish or take the ferry to the small romantic islands of the lake. Everywhere along the lake, there are smaller or larger bays with sandy beach. The two larger towns along the lake Castiglione del Lago and Passignano offer various restaurants, bars and shops. Furthermore, in less than an hour's drive, you can reach nearby Umbrian and Tuscan towns: Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (40 km) and many more.
