Marsascala is an ancient fishing village (often referred to as M`Scala) with its picturesque bay that lies to the south-east of Malta. The Maltese call the area WIED IL-GHAJN (wid il ajn) and many Maltese families have summer homes there. In the holiday season it is buzzing with activity, much loved by locals and visitors alike.
Getting There: Bus 19,22 from Valletta
Directions from Airport: Access to Marsascala by Car Marsascala is best reached by Car from Marsa/Fgura/Zabbar. Go to Marsa (signs `Airport`). At the multiple traffic lights intersection, follow traffic signs THE THREE CITIES. Go straight uphill along dual carriageway past a long school complex and the a big church (on your left) facing a mosque . At the big roundabout continue going straight (no turning) till you reach a second roundabout. Negotiate it at right angles to your right, keeping to main road signposted FGURA. Rental Conditions
We can accept payments by Bank Transfer in € Euros or Paypal. 35% of Rental Deposit to secure booking. The remaining Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior arrival .
Paying by PayPal there are charges of withdrawal. Therefore the charges are added with the remaining balance ( clients are notified prior about the charges when affecting the remaining balance).
Extra beds are charged extra. Refundable breakages deposit of €300 required on arrival, to be refunded within 1 week of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
No parties/disco can be held in the villa and maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded unless this is approved by the owner of the villa. In case of breach of this condition the villa will have to be vacated immediately and any payments will be lost.
Strictly no smoking at the property. outside only permitted
Children Under 12 are not allowed to use certain games in the games room.
CHANGE OVER DAY : The preferred changeover day is Saturday but it can be flexible on some periods of the year.
CHECK-IN IS at 3PM AND CHECK-OUT IS `9AM.
LATE ARRIVALS AT THE PROPERTY AFTER 21.00 PM ARE SUBJECT OF A €30 CHARGE.
Property should be kept clean and tidy after departure.
