Our villa features three bedrooms. The master suite has a California king-size bed; the second bedroom has two double beds, and the third level has one double bed. There are 3.5 bathrooms (the master bath has a jacuzzi). The home also has a living room, a dining room which seats six, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It is tastefully decorated with tropical decor. Cancun has excellent restaurants ranging from fast food to fine dining. Security Deposit: A security/damage deposit in the amount shown above is due and payable 30 days prior of the rental period by Tenant and will be held by the Landlord in the manner in which the Landlord deems safe. Upon departure of the Tenants, the Landlord will initially assess premises for damage to said premises. Any damages including but not limited to furnishings, missing items, damage to faux painting, stains on furniture and furnishings, stains on bed linens, damage to carpets, glass and dish breakage, burn marks, scratches on countertops and furniture, etc. will be deducted from the Tenants security deposit. In the event that the damage to the Landlords property exceeds the security deposit, the Tenants agree to pay additional damage amounts within 14 days of receipt of damage estimates provided by Landlord. All disputes of damages must be made in writing within 30 days from date the invoice is mailed by Landlord. Excluding the provisions for damage, the Landlord agrees to refund the Tenant's security deposit within 14 days of the termination date of this rental agreement, unless prior agreement is made with Tenants. Tenants agree to pay Landlord’s attorney fees in the event of a dispute over security deposit. Any breakages or missing items during the duration of this agreement will be charged at cost plus a 15% administrative fee.
