Upon your arrival you will be greeted by the manager who will take care of all of your needs during your stay. Bottled water is provided for the duration of your stay. The 2 bedrooms have luxurious king-sized beds and the living room has a double-sized futon. There are patios on both floors with chairs for relaxing; the upstairs patio has 4 lounge chairs for catching a few zzz's whenever you feel like it. The fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans will make your stay convenient and comfortable. There is a TV and DVD player for entertainment in the living room. We provide all bath and beach towels, as well as bed linens. A large swimming pool graces the grounds where lush green grass, tropical flowers and palm and banana trees abound.
A spiral staircase leads up to the 2nd floor and then on to your private deck on the roof where a 360 degree view allows you to lie back on your lounge chair, work on your tan and view the spectacular sunrises and sunsets across the magnificent Caribbean Sea as the surf pounds and echoes up to your rooftop retreat.
The small fishing village of Puerto Morelos is a 10 minute drive north. There you will find a grocery store, dive shops, a pharmacy, wonderful restaurants, a pizza place, and fishing and snorkeling excursions. The Mayan Reef at Puerto Morelos is the second largest barrier reef in the world with some of the best snorkeling to be found. Enjoy the quaint town square where the locals sell their wares and children play in the park.

Holiday Villa In Puerto Morelos, Mayan Riviera

When you leave the Cancun airport, you drive south along highway 377, which parallels the coast of the Mayan Riviera. There are many resorts all along the highway, in addition to water / theme parks, ruins, cenotes and other attractions. About 10 miles south of the airport you will come to the exit for Puerto Morelos, a nice little town with much to offer in the way of shops, bars, restaurants and excursions. Another 10 miles south of Puerto Morelos brings you to the access road to Playa del Secreto, where Sandy's Villas and Casa Secreto are located. Further south along the highway, about another 20 miles, is Playa del Carmen which is a great place to dine, bar hop, shop, people watch or whatever.

Rental Conditions
50% deposit is required to hold the space. Final 50% is due 1 month prior to departure. A 50% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation. If you cancel within one month prior to departure no refund is issued unless we can re-rent the villa. In the event that we cannot re-rent the villa we allow you to choose another date without penalty within one year. For stays less than a full week, an additional $25 will be charged for each day less than 7, ie, if you stay for 5 days the rental will be $125 x 5 + $25 x 2 or a total of $675 (@ Christmas & New Year the nightly rate would be $225 instead of $125).
