Villa Santa Virginia is located on the hills of the Elsa valley in Montaione, amongst the hills of the land of Chianti, Volterra and San Gimignano in Tuscany. The area is typically covered by vast woodlands alternating cultivated fields and olive groves. Relaxing views are enjoyed from the Tuscany villa, framed by the cypress trees, the symbol of Tuscany. This accommodation is ideal for groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together or large families who take advantage of the holidays to reunite. Opportunities for cultural excursions are not lacking, famous towns like San Gimignano with its towers or Volterra, the Etruscan town par excellence, are easily reached by car along roads with very little traffic. On the grounds of the villa, there are large areas paved in terracotta floor tiles and stone, interspersed with flower beds and a private swimming pool (7x14, 1.2/2.5 deep)(01/05-01/10, in the case of good weather the pool may be opened earlier) with Jacuzzi area (0.90m deep) sunbeds, umbrella and night lighting. Included in the price is the heating and air conditioning as well as wi-fi Internet connection, 3 weekly bathroom linen changes, 2 hours cleaning (Monday/Friday), final cleaning, beach towels for use at the pool with weekly change, welcome basket, hairdryer in all the bathrooms, ironing board and iron. To be requested when booking and paid for on location: local cook or chef, catering-service, villa stocking, grocery shopping service, foldout baby bed up to 2,5 years (90 euro/week), high chair (25 euro/week), baby bath (25 euro/week), extra bed (350 euro/week). The furnishing is comfortable. Car park on the property. PLEASE NOTE: For 5-6 days rentals included in the price maid service for 4 hours (2 times) to clean the bathrooms and change the bathroom linen and 2 hours (1 time) to clean the kitchen.
