"Cotswold House is a 19th century house based in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire. It has been described as one of the most unique and attractive holiday houses anywhere in the Cotswolds, and has won the æBest Holiday Cottage in the CotswoldsÆ award in 2015 and 2017. It has had extensive modern updates, but has still retained some original features, such as the oak flooring. Downstairs has a living room with an open fire, fitted kitchen with a dining area. The first floor has two super king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and WC, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the second floor there is a king-size bedroom. There are two separate family shower rooms and WC. Outside has a rear enclosed garden area with a stone patio and furniture provided. Inside there is a games room, complete with a pool table and a dart board. There is ample off street parking and is the property is located close to a train station. Cotswold House is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations. Two Well behaved dogs welcome at the property charged at ú100 each and any additional dogs need to be authorised by the owner charged at ú100 each. Sorry no cats or other animals allowed. Dogs must be house trained. An additional ú250 cleaning fee will be charged if the dog/s make any mess in the house or have an accident. Pet owners will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any item/s damaged by the dog/s. The garden can not be used as a toilet, please use the surrounding roads & parks. By paying the pet fee you agree to these terms."
