A spacious, very comfortable apartment with a large private terrace a short walk from the city center. Apartment Maribel is located in a quiet street in Nerja, about 150 meters from the city center. The beach, the old town and the famous Balcon de Europa vantage point are only 800 meters away. The bus stop and taxi rank are 100 meters from the apartment, so you do not necessarily need your own car to get around in the immediate surroundings. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house. There are two terraces. One really big with plenty of plants, garden furniture and a barbecue. If you climb the stairs up you will get to a smaller terrace, where you can admire the nearby Sierra de Almijare Mountains. The apartment has a space of 95 square meters. There is a living/dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The air-conditioned living room has a sofa set, a TV, a DVD-player and an access to the terrace. The dining area has a table and seating for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is for instance a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a complete set of dishes etc. There is also a small dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds and the third a bunk bed. Totally there are comfortable berths for six people. All bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.
