We are in lower Manhattan/Tribeca.
Nearby Hudson River Park Promenade with tennis and bike rentals, batting cages, and pedestrian biking/jogging paths w/o cars that goes uptown and downtown for miles; 4 season activities such as: Ice skating in Central Park or Rockefeller Center w/ Christmas tree lights pageant and all Fifth Avenue Dept stores beautifully decorated for the holidays. Several lovely waterfront parks nearby with a children's only playground/splash pools and many sport activities including a delightful trapeze school and mini golf, ping pong and bike rentals.
