"Rosegarth Cottage is a tastefully converted farm building set in stunning Cumbrian countryside and is within easy reach of the Lake District, the Northern Pennines and the Scottish borders. It sleeps two people and has one double bedroom complete with en-suite shower over bath. All on one level, the cottage has a lounge which has plenty of character with beamed ceilings and there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining furniture. Outside there is a patio area which has garden furniture provided. There is also private parking for two cars. Located just a short drive from Penrith and all the amenities it offers and with easy access to so many delightful areas to visit in all directions, Rosegarth is the perfect place for two people to enjoy an idyllic getaway all year round."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
