"Pentreath is a single-storey house with a stunning view over Crantock Beach. The spacious, easy-use set up of the living area can be enjoyed all-year-round, with the woodburning stove in the sun lounge to cosy up next to, relax and watch the sunset. The house can sleep up to eight people and is perfect for a large family group or four couples to stay and holiday in comfort. The property comes with four bedrooms, two en-suite, and four bath/shower rooms, making it a great location for groups and large family getaways. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a large breakfast bar and a dining table that seats eight. The main living are is open-plan, and with it's splendid views you can relax on one of the two large sofas or armchairs and enjoy use of the flat screen TV, DVD player or digital radio. To the rear of the property you will have access to a private, fully enclosed garden with views over Crantock Beach. The garden provides ample space to enjoy a BBQ and has a seating area for eight. Pentreath is very sought after, being of a high standard and close to a glorious sandy beach in one of Cornwall's most picturesque seaside villages. Seven minutes' walk one way (to Crantock Beach), or ten minutes in the other direction (to Polly Joke) will find you at beautiful beaches. A short walk (in the opposite direction) and you will find yourself in the village where you there are two pubs, the Cosy Nook Tea Rooms, a grocery store, post office and the church of St Carantoc."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
