There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the second floor, with the first floor in between being the living area, so plenty of privacy is assured. Due to its central location, The Dunes will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock villageÔÇÖs facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of CornwallÔÇÖs sporting, leisure and other attractions. Crantock Beach is also just a five-minute walk from the cottage, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. Outside the property you'll find a patio garden at the rear, on two levels, with steps between levels. Paved on the lower level and lawned on the higher level providing the perfect spot to sit and sunbathe."
