On the 1st floor of a "Belle Epoque" villa, at the edge of the docks, this charming and comfortable apartment (air conditioning and garage) offers a beautiful sea view and is close to the beaches. You will enjoy the city of Nice, its old port, its old town and the famous Promenade des Anglais. In the park, much of which is converted into a playground for children, you will discover the remains of an old castle and a medieval cathedral. In front of the villa, you will find several prestigious restaurants, some mom-and-pop restaurants offering seafood and the Club Nautique de Nice with its own private beach, a clubhouse and a restaurant with terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. A few hundred meters away, there are several small beaches between the rocks which provide spectacular views over the points on the coast. You will be at the heart of the old port and you can wander on foot to the pedestrian areas. You can also see the rest of the coast, on the bike path between Nice and Antibes (bike freely available). This road is lined with long beaches. Nice, always busy throughout the year, offers a multitude of choices of exhibitions, festivals, concerts, museums and the famous carnival.
