Nissi Golden Sands is a modern complex located just 500m from Nissi beach. The complex has a mixture of villas & apartments. The area Ayia Napa has something for everyone. There are a huge variety of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance of the complex. The square in Ayia Napa also offers a great night out for those more adventurous. The local bus will take you to the centre of Ayia Napa for €1.50. It runs from 7am-4am daily. Nissi beach is just a 500m stroll from the villa. You will find lush white sand & crystal clean waters. During the peak season it is lively & there is plenty of party atmosphere. The villa has it's own private pool with sun beds for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. There is a patio table & chairs where you can enjoy eating al fresco. The house is fully air conditioned to help you in the hot summer months. This is an ideal family holiday, whilst the children enjoy the pool you can relax and catch up with reading your favorite book or listening to your music.
