Details of the House

The ideal place to stay with family, friends or on businesses, can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house has been refurbished and furnished recently, preserving its old character and adding the quality of nowadays comfort. Free Wifi, 130 TV channels, board games (cards, chess, draughts, mikado, domino) and darts game and books are available. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels hair dryer and straighteners. The bathroom shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper will be provided. Kitchen: hob, oven, extractor, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and iron board, stick blender set, vacuum cleaner, cutlery, glassware, complete kitchen ware and cleaning products are available. Baby eating chair and baby cot are available. The house is comprised of four floors: - Basement: spacious living room to relax, chat, play or even work; - Ground floor: Entrance with a spacious open living room, kitchen and dining space; - First floor: small living room with sofa bed and access to balcony + double bedroom with access to balcony + complete bathroom with shower; - Second floor: double bedroom with access to balcony + double bedroom with 2 single beds with access to balcony + complete bathroom with bathtub. The house is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke and monoxide alarms, first aid box for your safety. Not allowed to smoke indoors - please use the balconies. Please note that check in and check out times are flexible, please let me know in advance the estimate time of your arrival and departure and I will be at the house to greet you!
