The villa is fully furnished & well equipped with all of the requirements for a comfortable holiday. this villa has been recently refurbished to add to the enjoyment of your holiday. The pool is 15 x 30 and is fully screened. There is a patio table & chairs & plenty of pool furniture to make the most of the Florida sunshine. Guests have the additional solar heat in to the pool at no extra cost. Extra pool heat can be purchased for the cooler months To enjoy the warm Florida evenings there is external lighting in the very private pool & deck area which backs on to two small lakes and is overlooked by nobody. In addition The villa is fully air-conditioned, essential in Florida. There is an automatic washing machine & tumble dryer provided so that you can take fewer clothes & leave plenty of space in your suitcases for those visits to the Florida shopping malls. The property also has Internet Access installed. Use your own laptop or wifi device to access the Internet so you won't miss those important emails while you're away. All bed linen, including nursery, towels & pool towels are provided, there is also an ironing board, iron & plenty of hangers. All bathrooms have hairdryers.
