This large air-conditioned living room is the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks. Sit back and enjoy the large 42” flat screen LCD television with DVD player. Our living area includes an oversized sofa and a 2 seater sofa - so plenty of room to relax. Perhaps you prefer to enjoy the warm evening air? if so, large double patio doors lead you directly from the living room to the pool area.
The 2nd living area -our ‘den’ is beautifully furnished with a chaise sleeper sofa, a 32” flat screen LCD television, dvd player, and Nintendo Wii.
We also have a library of adult, teen and children’s books and games, and a large range of Wii games including a Wii Fit and Balance Board. This is all in addition to our fantastic games room! |

All bedrooms have flat screen LCD televisions and alarm clock radios and our master bedroom has it’s very own IPhone charger / clock radio.
All of our bedrooms have fantastic closet storage. |

Rental Conditions
Full deposit is required at time of booking to secure your dates.
A security deposit is required to be paid with your final balance. This will be refunded within 14 days of departure provided no damage is caused to the property.
Payments accepted include - Cheque, Bank Transfer, Bank Draft, US Cheque. PayPal is accepted, however will incur additional charges.
