It overlooks a beautiful large south-facing pool and has panoramic views from upstairs across Paphos to the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea. A few steps lead from the back garden/patio to the pool where you will have exclusive use of your very own sun loungers and sunshade. Our house has every amenity we could think of including UK TV, air-conditioning, baby cot, towels etc. We have even fitted a new contemporary Master Bedroom Suite & new kitchen appliances. Based in a cul-de-sac it is surrounded by beautiful Jasmine, Hibiscus & Bougainvillea shrubs. A lovely taverna, Italian restaurant, 2 convenience stores, a delicatessen and pharmacy are within 200 metres of the villa.
The village square, a few minutes walk away has breathtaking views over Paphos. Here you will find tavernas, restaurants, piano bar, bakery, supermarket & a beautiful church in this quaint, traditional village setting. The panoramic views that combine sea and mountain, the amazing climate that it offers, and the simplicity of the region's inhabitants were the main characteristics that led to the development of tourism in the community of Tala.

A 10 minute drive takes you to the tourist area of Kato Paphos with it's harbour, many restaurants, souvenir shops and entertainment. Drive a few miles in the opposite direction and you will arrive at Coral Bay, with its large sandy beach complete with water sports plus a number of interesting restaurants, shops and bars. Tsada Golf Course is around 15 minutes away and is within easy reach of 3 additional golf courses being the best in Cyprus.
The stunning Troodos mountains with Mount Olympus at its peak is the place to work up an appetite. With its charming hilltop villages and vine-blessed slopes, a chance to enjoy hiking, cycling, bird watching and in winter time, skiing.
Meanwhile, the rugged Akamas National Park north west of Paphos is the place to see unspoilt nature. It’s here that protected loggerhead turtles return to beautiful Lara Bay each year to lay their eggs.
