Villa Irina is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water bay, the villa itself has sea views and 2 of the rooms have sea views from bed as well, it is a corner plot which adds to the privacy of the villa and it is just 100 meters walking distance to the beach with private access, and less than 100 meters to a range of local restaurants, shops and facilities. The villa offers quality furnishings, fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and more. The living area is equipped with Russian/ English TV and DVD facilities. Wifi internet access is also available. The living area & kitchen also have sea views and pool view. The pool area is private and benefits plenty of outdoor space for dining and sun lounging. With several lounge chairs, outdoor sitting area, BBQ grill and dining area; the pool area (outdoor) can be the highlight of your stay. Upstairs offers 3 comfortable bedrooms.
