Ash Cottage is located at Simpson West Farm, a traditional Welsh farmstead unspoiled by any modern farm buildings. The family of the current owners have farmed here for generations and it is still a working farm but not in the immediate area of the cottage.
To the front is a paved courtyard with ample parking room whilst to the rear is a sun terrace, picnic tables BBQ and large lawns with plenty of space to lounge in comfort and from which is a sea-view is across fields (which guests are welcome to wander at will) to St. Brides Bay.
Finished and furnished to a very high standard, Ash Cottage has gas central heating as well as log fires.
Entrance hallway leading into fully fitted kitchen with serving hatch to dining table in the dinning area of the nice lounge, also off the hallway is the lounge which has a log/multifuel burner in it.
Off the main lounge and down three steps is the sunken lounge with French doors out onto the sun terrace. Also off the main lounge is the main bathroom with its bath, toilet, shower and hand washbasin.
