Endless miles of golden sandy beaches begin only 5km away in the palm tree-lined family resort of Canet-Plage, which can be reached by a cycle path which begins by the property. This property is perfect for a get away from it all holiday, however excursions could include trips to Perpignan, Narbonne, Béziers and Carcassonne. Windsurfers can go to the Leucate lagoon which holds world cup events. Walkers and cyclists will marvel in the beauty of the Albères mountain range and the Côte Vermeille. The neighbouring seaside resorts of Saint Cyprien, Argèles and Collioure are equally as pretty. On request to the owner, bicycles are being made available free of charges. The owner offers free access to four tennis courts situated 300 m from the property (subject to availability).
