Private driveway which can accommodate 2 cars. The terrace to the rear of the villa has a sun awning over the New Rattan table & chairs, seating for 6, which is essential for shade while having your breakfast alfresco ,also on the rear terrace is our BBQ area. This villa has been furnished so that you can enjoy the benefits of al fresco living & dining. The front patio to watch the wonderful sunsets in the evening over the Mediterranean sea with your cool glass of wine to finish a lovely day. This villa is ideally located for those who wish for a relaxing holiday with maybe a touch of nightlife., sightseeing as well. WiFi available at extra cost £10 per week payable before departure or 12 Euros per week payable on arrival. Inside The Villa The ground floor has a modern open plan layout with a spacious lounge including 3 New settee’s , Satellite TV ,flat screen TV with over 20 UK channels. DVD ,CD player & I pod speakers. An inviting dining area which seat 6 comfortably Also on this floor a cloakroom & spacious well appointed kitchen. The kitchen boasts some of those electrical appliances that make for an easy life, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & water cooler. Just outside the kitchen area is the New Rattan table & chairs with an awning above for shade especially on a morning while having breakfast alfresco The marble staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find 3 Bedrooms & the main bathroom A master bedroom with newly enlarged en-suite & balcony await you. Fly screens are fitted on Patio doors Luxury family bathroom serve the two twin bedded rooms one having its own balcony. Full air-conditioning throughout. Fly screen are on all patio doors. Master bedroom has king size bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite balcony & sea views , fly screen Bedroom 2 is a large twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes & mountain views ,fly screen Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, balcony & sea views, fly screen There is a safety deposit box in the villa, also hair dryers. Beach towels can be provided to save room in your case. We do ask that you wash the beach towels before you leave the villa or a small charge will be made for this Outside The Villa From the lounge there are two windows overlooking the tempting swimming pool with walk-in steps (especially good for small children) surrounded by terraces with sunbeds & umbrellas. A new feature is our Sail for shade as the pool is in the sun all day long. This villa has beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the sea & mountain. Shade is provided by the sail around the tempting private pool with lots of patio space for the sun loungers umbrellas & side tables. Also comfortable chairs to relax in & maybe read a book. A Meet & Greet service is provided for our guests who will be met for the handover of keys, also to resolve any issues which may occurr. A welcome pack is available as you arrive. Freshly laundered sheets & towels are provided free of charge & will be changed weekly, cleaning will also be done weekly. Please note on bookings of less than 13 days there will be no linen change or clean but can be arranged at an extra cost.
