The villa itself is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac with peace and quiet in abundance. The lovely small manicured gardens lead to the pool and sun terrace.

The village of Peyia is one of the most picturesque and popular villages on the island. It is spread over a large area with the village centre having many good amenities including bars, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, fishmonger, butchers and various takeaways which also deliver to the villa. Only a 5 minute drive away is the famous Coral Bay resort with its sandy beach for all the family as well as its more extensive selection of nightlife and daytime activities.
