Villa Luna has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt wardrobe, a good sized balcony with a side sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and also wardrobes. There are a Family bathroom upstairs and a guest's toilet don stairs. The villa is fully air conditioned furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The villa has a specious ground floor open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Large sliding doors lead on to the pool area. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, a LCD TV/DVD player and satellite system with films, news and children's channels. Free Wi-Fi is available at the villa The inside dining area can sit up to 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine. The garden area comes complete with a private pool and sun loungers, a garden table, and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; there is a beautiful view of Mediterranean Sea from the balconies. Villa Luna is located within a popular complex in Pernera - Protaras. The complex has a privileged position that sits directly on the coastline and within minutes to the resort center and local amenities. The complex has a communal swimming pool and children's pool that can be used free of charge by our guests. There is also a reasonably priced, good quality restaurant on site and a large open plan bar serving hot and cold drinks, both facilities offering free Wi-Fi. There are also sun beds alongside the facilities and these are placed on a grassed area stretching down to the beach also can be used free of charge by our guests. Free all necessary bed linen and bath towels. Free swimming pool cleaning and maintenance offered during your stay twice a week. Additional services are available on request. The villa is designed to ensure top quality and comfortable stay on your holiday. NOTE 200 Euros security deposit is required payable cash on arrival before check in. To be returned on the check-out day if there are not any damages. An allowance of 100 kW of electricity is allowed per week this is sufficient for normal use, any use over this will be charged as an addition and deducted from your security deposit. On arrival we will show you the electricity meter, you are welcome to take your readings on arrival and on exit.
