"Badgers Retreat is a detached lodge close to the North Yorkshire town of Richmond. It comes with a double with an en-suite, there is also a bathroom, the property can sleep up to two people. Its interior also includes an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. The the outside there is plenty of off-road parking and a decking with furniture and hot tub. Badgers Retreat is an up-to-date log cabin well-placed for a North Yorkshire retreat. Free, on-site WiFi is available in the property (the speed of which can be intermittent dependent on usage). Note: There are 4 steps up into the property. Note: Children are not permitted in the property. Note: Please be aware that the site rules for this property operate a strict quiet time between the hours of 10pm-8am. Please note that electric cars cannot be charged at this property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
