Details of the Cottage
"Braeside is a stone-built, semi-detached cottage in the centre of Reeth. The cottage sleeps eight people in three bedrooms which are made up of a double room, a family room with a double and adult bunk beds and a 2'6"" twin room. There is also a family bathroom and a shower room, a kitchen with a utility, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside there is parking nearby on the village green, and a lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. Braeside is a great place for a real Dales adventure."
"Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 2ft 6inch twin, 1 x family room with 1 double and bunk beds that are suitable for children or adults.
(Please note that from October 7th 2023 the bunk beds will be removed and the property will go from sleeping 8 to 6 after this date). Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with utility. Dining room with electric stove. Sitting room with electric stove."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
