One of the biggest listed structures in Germany has been transformed into a true holiday paradise - modern apartments with sophisticated design directly on the 7 km long dream beach Prorer Wiek. The chalk cliffs and the crystal clear water give the beach an almost Caribbean flair. Along the beach promenade there are several cafes, restaurants and small shops for daily needs. So you can not only enjoy a glass of wine and the fresh sea air on your private balcony, but also visit the in-house Prora Solitaire bar for a cup of cappuccino in the morning or a sundowner after a great day on the beach. The apartment offers a classy atmosphere of indulgence and well-being. The perfectly matched exclusive furniture represent a lifestyle that combines harmony and elegance. Every piece of furniture and home accessory is carefully chosen - nothing has been left to chance. In order to create a particularly healthy indoor climate, anti-allergy materials have been used. This exclusive studio apartment is the perfect choice for a dream holiday for two on the beautiful island of Ruegen. The apartment is cleverly designed, so you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday within this small area - a practical kitchenette, including a dining table, a sleeping area with a high-quality box spring bed and a cosy and bright living room. The highlight of the studio is the private balcony right next to the beach. In front of the holiday homes in Prora Solitaire there is a park-like garden with an outdoor swimming pool (from July 2016), a barbecue, lounge areas and native flora and fauna. The garden is reserved exclusively for the guests of Prora Solitaire. A small pine forest shields it from the beach and ensures privacy. Prora Solitaire is a haven of peace for the body, mind and soul, all year round! A large in-house spa area will be available for the guests of Prora Solitaire from September 2016 onwards. So you can visit the spa without having to leave the building. In addition to the large indoor pool with a children's pool, the property also has a variety of saunas, relaxation areas and a gym with appropriate equipment. You can book massages and other treatments at the reception. You can park your car in the private garage for a fee. Washers and dryers are available in a separate room on the second floor, which the guests can use for a fee. Highchairs and cots can be rented at the reception. Parts of the complex are still under construction or renovation. So, until the fall of 2016 guests may face some inconvenience due to the construction activities in the neighbouring buildings. The exterior and the wellness area are not yet completed. A bakery, a cafe / bar and a pizzeria are already open. More restaurants, bars and shops are expected to commence operations during the year 2016.
