1 bed light and airy apartment on the the first floor of prestigious Porto Antigo 2 residence. Perfectly situated within the complex to benefit from superb unobstructed views of the pool, beach and bay of Santa Maria. The spacious balcony is ideal for watching the fabulous sunsets behind the fishing pier. All furniture and fittings have been carefully chosen personally by the owners. The apartment is south facing making full use of the year round sunshine. Porto Antigo 2 has a unique, tranquil setting which borders the white sandy beach. There are no roads to cross the complex is actually on the beach! All this and yet only a minutes stroll from the captivating town where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday with plenty of varied water sports on offer. We receive very positive feedback from our guests and attract repeat bookings each year.

Porto Antigo 2 is located in Santa Maria, Sal Island, Sal Island

Porto Antigo is 1 of only a few developments in Santa Maria to benefit from a large freshwater swimming pool. There are sun loungers round the pool on the sun deck and we provide cushions for these which are kept in the apartment. The complex is attractively landscaped as the photographs show and you are literally only steps away from the beach, sea and fishing pier. There are no roads to cross.Within a couple of minutes walk you are in the centre of Santa Maria with it's bars, restaurants and colourful shops. A fantastic location in a much sought after complex.
Santa Maria is one of the worlds top locations for wind and kitesurfing as well as being an excellent destination for fishing, diving and sailing. There is a good selection of mini-markets and delicatessens in town as well as the local bakery situated on the street behind Porto Antigo. Fresh fish can be bought daily from the pier. Alternatively there are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes from Italian, Chinese and Indian to superb local Cape Verdean cuisine.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The apartment is suitable for 2 people. There are no hidden extras.
Air-conditioning, all linen and towels and cleaning are included in the price.
Discounts may be available for late bookings please enquire. We have special deals for early bookings.
Changeover days and arrival and departure times are flexible to coincide with your flight and the availability of apartment.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Payment accepted by cheque, bank transfer.
