"Aune Cottage is within a row of picturesque terraced cottages just off Fore Street in central Salcombe. The towns' shops, restaurants and delightful waterfront are just a few yards walk away at the bottom of Robinsons Row. The cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms, and offers pleasant estuary views from the garden. Patio door leads on to terrace and garden beyond. At the rear of the property is a good size garden with terrace area (accessed via the bunk bedroom) with patio table and chairs and pleasant views of the estuary. Aune Cottage is perfect for a couple or a small family."
"Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x bunk room (3ft) preferably for children. Sitting room. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility area. Bathroom with bath, electric shower (over), w.c, wash-hand basin with heated towel rail. Good size garden with terrace area."
"Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?"
