If choosing to watch a movie is not your scene, then utilize the games room and play some pool or a game of poker. Take the elevator upstairs and entertain guests in the main bar area and listen to the sounds of the 1976 Yamaha Grand Piano that indulges you with music of your choice.
Akasha boasts extensive terracing, over 4000sq ft, along with a 'tiki hut' adjacent to the 'infinity' pool, with a Viking BBQ area and a swim up pool bar.

Cap Estate is the most exclusive estate in St Lucia. There are three high quality restaurants within a few minutes of the villa - they are regularly mentioned global magazines plus many more in Rodney Bay which is within a 7 minute drive. Within 3kms there are three beaches, two on the Caribbean side and one on the Atlantic side which offers kite surfing for the more active guests.
The only 18 hole Championship golf course is on 2 minutes away and is well worth playing but bring plenty of balls as its a real tough course.
If you climb the hill behind the villa, which is a National Park, you will see one of the ruins of one of the old forts which was involved in the 14 wars between the French and British to win control over the island. Plus you will probably get views which will take your breath away.

This is a Great room with a sunken living room with surround sound and 50inch plasma screen, The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the main terrace where there is further seating. Steps then lead you down to the pool and the main deck. The luxury seating is ample for 12. The remote gives you control over the lights and fans. |

This is a kitchen for the Chef's among guests or we can arrange for the personal chef to cook dinner for you. In the kitchen you will find two fridges and two freezers, a wine fridge, ice maker, dish washer, in fact everything you can think of. This Italian kitchen has blue glass doors and is stunning with views over Pigeon island. You can make your drinks at the entertainment island while your fellow guests sit around the island and keep you company. |

Rates above are for 1 bedroom - please contact us for a contact for quote for your party as this will depend upon your exact requirements. A 10% uplift is applied over Christmas and New Year.
50% is payable on booking and remainder 46 days prior to arrival.
A Damage deposit of 3500US$ will be required and payable 46 days prior to arrival.
We accept a variety of payment methods.
