The chalet is owner run and managed and available as catered or self catered.
WINTER
The catered price includes a filling breakfast, afternoon tea with homemade cake, pre dinner drinks and a four course evening meal served with quality wine.
The chalet has five bedrooms, three are en-suite and comfortably accommodates thirteen. There are generous discounts for children.
There is an oudoor hot tub to relax in at the end of the day.
Ski and Boot hire is avaialble in chalet to save you time.
Flexible length of stay and arrival to allow you to take advantage of cheaper mid week flights.
Wi-fi ia available throughout the chalet.
SUMMER
On the edge of the National Park there is plenty of walking, high mountain walks,or lower walks. Mountain Biking, with numerous marked tracks and lifts open in July and August to take you and your bike up the slopes. Golf courses are a short drive away in TIgnes and Les Arcs. There are opportunities for climbing, horse riding, white water rafting and canoeing.
SELF CATERED
Beds are made up for your arrival .All electricity and logs for the wood burning fire are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are provided and guests have use of the out door hot tub.
TRAVEL
The chalet is approx 9 hours drive from the ferry ports or take advantage of the budget airlines and fly to Geneva, Lyon, Grenoble or Chambery.
Alternatively take the Eurostar and SNCF to Bourd St Maurice (15 mins from the chalet)
We ski Les Arcs/Paradski with over 400kms of piste there is something to suit all experience levels. It is only a short drive to Sainte Foy, Tignes and Vald'Isere. You can ski to Italy for the day from La Rosiere.
During the winter months the snow plough visit every day to clear the roads. However, snowchains are advisable.
There are a number of supermarkets in nearby Bourg St Maurice, which also has a lovely shopping area with interesting shops.
During the summer months the alpine meadows are beuatiful with cows and goats grazing and carpets of alpine flowers. There is much wildlife to see with a local museum displaying a wide range of animals etc that you can expect to see in the area.
It is advisable to have a car and there is ample free parking available at the chalet.
