"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and swings for children aged 3-10 years, as well as ample off-road parking for up to six cars. Within 1.7 miles, you will find a shop and within 1.4 miles, a pub and please note that one small well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price and a cot is available on request. The Stables is a charming base, ideal for families or couples to relish a relaxing retreat in Dorset. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
