"Meadow Brook Cottage is an 18th century, attached cottage beside a brook on a quiet hedgerow road a mile from the Devon village of Stoke Gabriel. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family bathroom and a small dressing/cot room. On the ground floor is a kitchen and a sitting room with wood burning stove and a dining area. Outside is a big garden over different levels beside the stream with furniture on a terrace, a seating area with barbecue and picnic table and a summer house on one of the lawns. A mile from the village by road or -¥ mile by footpath, Meadow Brook Cottage is a charming base for a Devon break in a tranquil location."
