Details of the Cottage

"The Granary is a semi-detached barn conversion on a working livestock farm, situated on the edge of the village of Sutton-Under-Whitestonecliffe, four miles from Thirsk. This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double, another double on the first floor and a twin. The cottage also has a ground floor shower room, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed, communal gravelled courtyard with furniture. The Granary is a lovely family-friendly holiday home and there are plenty of things to see and do in the area, including walks, market towns and wonderful countryside that lies within the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
