Our Wonderful 3 bed, 2 bath, detached villa, is set in a cul de sac on a quiet urbanisation just outside the village of Los Montesinos, the villa has 1 double bedroom 2 twin rooms and a Folding "Z" bed in the living room. Upstairs in this property are the master bedroom, and 1 twin, along with 1 bathroom with a shower over bath. both bedrooms lead out to a terrace giving you views over the salt lakes towards La Mata and Torrevieja. Downstairs in this property is a further twin bedroom, and another bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle, and the American style kitchen lounge, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual equipment including a dishwasher, a breakfast bar then separates the kitchen from the lounge area, the lounge has ample seating for the guests, and has English satellite TV, a DVD player, and WiFi internet which is all included in the price. The Bay windows of the lounge overlook the Private front garden, which has a 3.5 meter above ground pool, for cooling down on those hot sunny days. There is also a small terrace for enjoying a meal or glass of wine on the warm summer nights. The local shops and supermarket are only a 5 minute walk from the villa. The Main town of Los Montesinos is a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive, where people gather in the towns square on a warm evening to enjoy the bars and restaurants, and while away the evenings.
