Details of the Villa

This is a lovely individual, spacious, detached bungalow style villa, all on one level, with large private pool and on a large corner (1000m2) plot. Being a bungalow, it is also ideal for younger children or people with restricted mobility. It comprises 4 large bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en suite and is fully equipped for 10 - 12 persons. It has a kitchen, lounge with 3 sofas and satellite TV, leading out to a conservatory, overlooking the pool. Air con and ceiling fans are provided for your comfort.There is 1 king size bedroom, with ensuite, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a further family size room with 4 single beds. (This family bedroom is optional, for booking of more than 6 persons). In addition to this, 1 - 2 extra folding beds can be hired, if required. The grounds are secured with 2 sets of double electric gates and a high hedge/wall surround. There is ample off road parking for several cars. The outside patio/terrace area comprises a large BBQ with outside patio dining/sunbathing areas. Sunbeds are provided for your comfort. The large pool is 10 mtrs x 5 mtrs, so plenty of space for your aqua fun! This villa is situated on the outskirts of Torrevija in the very popular residential area of Los Balcones, near the salt lake and just a few minutes walk from the popular Filton commercial centre, with its many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gym etc etc There are large play/exercise areas for the children and sports courts etc and the beaches are just a few mins away. Torrevieja seafront/marina is just a 5 mins drive and nearest beaches are closer still. The bus stop is just a couple of mins walk.
