The apartment is situeted in the heart of Vera Playa. Just a 2 minuite walk from the fantastic sandy beach. Supermarkets bars and restaurants are all within walking distence. The water park is a 2 minute drive away. Nearby is the port town of Villaricos with its sea food restaurants and a large Sunday morning market. A short drive away is the old Mojacar pueblo. Set in the Mountain with its norrow winding streets and amazing views. There are art and gift shops as well as a good variety of retaurants.

Rental Conditions
1.Contract of Hire
All bookings are accepted by RLT Property Management & Rentals and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to have been accepted in full by the hirer and all persons in the party. Booking can be made by fax, e-mail and would be deemed to be accepted once payment has been received by us.
2.Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. Your booking must be made by e-mail, or by telephone (followed by written confirmation) and will be held provisionally for five days or until the full deposit is received by us, whichever is the sooner. If the booking is made twelve weeks or less before the hire commencement date it must be accompanied by full payment. Should we not receive your payment within five working days then your provisional booking will be released. All payments shall be made by electronic bank transfer, paypal via our website or by Euro cheque.
3.Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your deposit and confirmation will be sent to you either by e-mail or post stating the balance cost and due date without any further reminders for further payment.
4.Final Payment
The balance will be paid a clear eight weeks prior to the hire commencement date by electronic bank transfer, paypal via our website or euro cheque. If your booking is made eight weeks or less before the commencement date it will be deemed provisional for five days or until full payment is made
