  • "Very well appointed flat in a great location."

Very comfortable with large and spacious rooms. No wardrobe though... The alley leading to the flat is well lit but could benefit from a tidy up perhaps. There was a pet rodent living in a hole near the bottom of the stairs. Car park is £7 for the day. We used the carpark app to pay for convenience.

  • "Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would book again."

The only negatives with my experience are: The instructions for accessing the flat were confusing and wrong, but were resolved by a call to Sykes. There is no heat in the bathroom and it was very cold in the morning. I had to prop the door open to keep it warm enough to use comfortably. I am about 6 feet tall and I had to either lean forward or squat to use the bathroom mirror to shave. A handrail on the stairs to the bedrooms/bathroom would have been nice

  • "The Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed."

It was really spacious, modern and clean. Was a bonus having a dishwasher and washing machine and a TV in every room especially with there being 6 of us in the Group. The owners communication was great letting us know where to park before we arrived and if we needed anything. It is central to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again

  • "The flat was very clean, and had everything you would need for your stay."

When we first walked into the flat, we both went Wow. Sofa and bed were so comfy. The bathroom was very clean, but it was always cold in there. We stayed here over Chrustmas week. Even tho it wasn't really cold outside, the bathroom seemed quite cold. The shower too, wasn't very powerful. But overall, we loved the flat. So clean, and so modern. Beautiful. Thank you Emma for looking after us, and we went to our Range store and bought the lions head canvas.

  • "The flat was everything we hoped it would be and in a good central location, lot of amenities outside of the property, Arrival details sent on the day with update of clear & concise check-in information."

We did have to contact the owner whilst we were away as the door handle snapped on the inside which locked us out of the flat, Mike turned up straight away and fixed the problem. One point that I would recommend for future guests - if you are light sleepers then ear plugs would be good idea as there is road noise outside, the windows are triple glazed but if warm and windows need to be open then they would be helpful. I certainly wouldn't put this off anyone coming to stay though as the flat is excellent.

  • "We found Flat 1 to be a well -presented, well-equipped and cosy place for our week-long stay in North Wales."

The rooms were spacious and inviting with tasteful furnishings; the sofa in the living room was particularly lovely to sink into after a day out exploring! There are plenty of supermarkets and shops close by so picking up food items or last minute snacks for our trips in the area was no problem at all. We visited Snowdon during our visit which was an hour away, and Llandudno which was just over half an hour away. Prestatyn beach is a fifteen minute walk from the flat and we made a few visits with our children who loved that it was quiet and uncrowded, even in the summer holidays.
