Apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca

For rent a two bedroom apartment in a complex complete with a communal swimming pool and walking distance from the beach. It is spread out over 65 m2 and consists of a salon, two bedrooms, a french-style kitchen, bathroom and terrace. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances (including coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. Spanish TV is also available, air conditioning. The price of the seven days rental includes the use of Internet and if the rental is less than seven days then there is a 20 euros sur charge. It is within walking distance to many bars, tapas eateries, supermarket and much more local amenities. The blue flag beach of Del Cura is about 350 meters away. It sleeps up to six people. No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
El proceso de registro de entrada es de 15:00 hasta 19:00 de lunes a viernes y de 14:00 hasta las 15:00 los sabados. El registro de salida desde las 09:00 hasta las 11:00. Salida o entrada fuera del horario de oficina, domingo, fines de semana y festivos tiene un recargo adicional de 20 euros. Horario de la oficina: Lunes - Viernes de 9:00 a 19:00, Sábados 10:00-15:00, el domingo - cerrado.
