The property is located 20m from Playa de los Lances sand beach. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea, next to Café del Mar Beach and Surla Café.
The location is excellent, because along the promenade you can reach the Historical Quarter in 10 minutes on foot and do not have the typical summer stresses.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and another of 135 cm. A bathroom with shower with screen, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and iron.
It has 2 terraces, in one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric boiler. From this terrace we can see a piece of beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kite or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very spacious, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue.
The apartment has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the apartment.
